Our policy is valid for 14 days. Please note that if it has been more than 14 days since you received your package, our team will not be held liable and therefore refunds and exchanges cannot be provided.
In order to complete your return process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Please keep your order number for a quick response from our team.
Most importantly, to better assist you with the exchange and return process, please record a video of your unpacking and/or photos of your package when you receive it. In the video and/or photos, please make sure to include the following information:
Show your package from all angles, thus proving that it is unobstructed
Show the address slip to prove it was sent to you
Show the camera the top and bottom of all products in the video/photos
Return Criteria
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
Return Process:
Click on a picture of your package and product and/or record its opening stage.
Send an email to v@wachjew.com. Your email should read as follows:
Attach the pictures and/or videos you have recorded and filmed.
The subject of the e-mail should be “Return request: order number xx”. Where xx is your order number
State the reason for your return
Prove that the products have not been used and that they are in new and original condition.
We will review your return request as soon as we receive it. We will then send you further return instructions.
Products that fall under the non-returnable merchandise category:
Gift Cards
Products that fall under the partial refund category (if applicable)
Item is not in original condition
Item is damaged
Item is missing parts for reasons that are not our fault
Refunds (if applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, an email will be sent to you for confirmation.
The refund process will then be initiated.
We will also notify you whether the refund is approved or denied.
Once approved, we will process your refund and automatically credit it to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will appear on your bank statement within 05 to 07 business days of issuance (i.e., after you receive notification of refund approval).
However, if you do not receive a refund, please recheck your bank account. Then contact your bank. Refunds usually take a while to arrive. Then, contact your credit card company, as refunds can take some time to arrive.

Special-priced items (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for regular priced items. Refunds are not available for special-priced items.
Return Fees
A restocking fee will be charged for all items ordered in error by the customer or items that the customer wishes to return. The restocking fee is 25% of the original invoice amount of the item.
Shipping Charges
When returning an item, you will be required to pay for shipping costs.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchange to reach you may vary.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only exchange defective or damaged merchandise. If you need to exchange an item, only the same item can be exchanged; no other items will be accepted.

Gifts
If an item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return.
Upon receipt of your return, we will send you a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent the order to themselves and then to you, we will refund the gift giver and notify them of the process.
